Everything you need to know before you book
The INNON Niagara 4 TCP course is an intensive 5-day course led by INNON's in-house Tridium certified trainers. You learn how to use the Niagara 4 framework to design an application through a series of labs. The course is delivered by virtual classroom. All you need is your computer, a connection to INNON Creative Labs, and a browser for the Zoho Assist remote link to our training PC. On the last day you sit the TCP exam. Pass it and your certificate is issued via Tridium University approximately two weeks later.
Your foundation as a certified BMS engineer
Most BMS engineers build real skills on the job with no formal certification to show for it. TCP changes that. This course gives you the structured foundation, the hands-on lab time, and the Tridium-registered certificate that puts your knowledge on record.
Who should attend
Engineers from system integrators, IoT companies, OEMs, and distributors who are INNON Tridium Partners. Existing experience with BMS, controls, or software development is required. A good understanding of control basics and BMS graphics is strongly recommended.
Suitable for
- BMS engineers specifying or commissioning Niagara systems
- Controls engineers moving into Niagara-based projects
- System integrators handling multi-vendor BMS environments
- Experienced engineers filling gaps and getting formally certified
Available to INNON Tridium Partners only. Not a partner yet? Email partners@innon.co.uk

Can I resit?
No. Students who do not pass must re-take the full course before sitting the exam again.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations 15 days or less before the course start date are charged the full fee. Students who drop out after the course has started are also charged the full fee. Contact partners@innon.co.uk as early as possible.
