INNON® Official Distribution Partner — UK, Ireland & Europe
The projects you can now say yes to.
INNON® is now the official UK and European BMS integration partner for TEKTELIC Communications. Carrier-grade LoRaWAN hardware, fully supported from spec to commissioning.

There are sites every BMS engineer knows.
Plant rooms with dense RF interference. Hospitals where wireless networks have to be watertight. Large campuses where the gateway count gets complicated fast. Data centres and pharmaceutical facilities where the client's procurement team asks questions most hardware suppliers can't answer.
These are the sites that sort the hardware out. And TEKTELIC was built specifically for them.
Manufactured in Canada and Europe to carrier-grade specification. The kind of hardware that has been through the compliance questions, the procurement reviews, and the RF environments. And come out the other side still reporting.
"Carrier-grade isn't a marketing term. It means the hardware is tested to operate continuously in the conditions your site actually has. Not the conditions in the demo room."
On site. In practice.
What this means for your next project.
Integrated cavity filter. Every TEKTELIC gateway has one built in. It blocks the 4G and 5G interference that takes down standard LoRaWAN hardware in plant rooms. Your sensors keep reporting.
Embedded LNS. The network server lives inside the gateway. No cloud dependency. Sensors keep reporting if internet goes down. Your client's building keeps running.
BACnet output, Niagara-native. The gateway outputs BACnet directly. Niagara sees it as a standard BMS device. No middleware, no custom drivers, no explaining to a client why it needs another layer.
Industrial-grade sensors. NDIR CO2 sensors that self-calibrate. Temperature sensors that store 125 days of readings locally if the network drops. Calibrated for real building environments, not demo rooms.
Manufactured in Canada and Europe. Built to meet the quality, security, and compliance standards that serious infrastructure projects demand. When procurement asks, you have a straight answer.
For INNON Partners
The projects that just opened up.
With TEKTELIC in your toolkit, you can now confidently quote on sites that previously required a compromise on hardware. These are the kinds of projects INNON partners are now speccing:
Hospitals & Healthcare
Strict network segregation, procurement compliance, and zero-tolerance for downtime. TEKTELIC's embedded LNS and carrier-grade certification answers all three.
Industrial & Manufacturing
High RF noise environments, plant room deployments, and sites where standard LoRaWAN hardware drops packets under load. Cavity filters handle it.
Large Campuses & Universities
Multi-building deployments where gateway count, network reliability, and central management from Niagara all need to work together cleanly.
Critical Infrastructure
Data centres, utilities, and government facilities where the client's security and supply chain policy demands hardware with a verifiable origin and proven MTBF.
Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences
Environmental monitoring with unbroken data integrity. Temperature, humidity, and CO2 sensors that store data locally and self-calibrate. Audit-ready.
Multi-Tenant Commercial
Shared buildings where Wi-Fi never reaches every corner. LoRaWAN covers the whole building from a single gateway. Long battery life, low maintenance.
The INNON difference
You don't just get the hardware.
INNON® engineers have already done the Niagara integration. We have documented the commissioning process, mapped the BACnet objects, and tested it on real sites. When you order through us, that knowledge comes with it.
We don't do the project work. But we'll help you spec it right, talk you through the integration before you quote, and pick up the phone when something doesn't behave the way the datasheet says it should.
