Tiers are set annually, reviewed quarterly
Your tier is confirmed on 1 January each year based on the prior 12 months' spend. Quarterly pace checks happen in April, July, and October. If you're tracking below threshold, we tell you early — not at year end when it's too late to act.
We never compete with you — structurally
INNON has never installed a system and never will. Every major BMS distributor in the UK runs an installation arm. We don't. You can specify our products into any project knowing we will never be on the other side of the bid.
Support scope is the same at every tier
Pre-sales consultation, fault validation, guided fault-finding, and RMA support — identical scope regardless of your spend level. What scales with tier is the proactive investment we make in building your capability. Not fault response time.
Growth tier requires a signed growth plan
Growth pricing requires a signed 6-month growth plan with named targets. This isn't bureaucracy — it's the mechanism that makes the tier meaningful for both sides. No plan, no Growth pricing. Straightforward.
