Subscription Term and Billing:

• The Innon Niagara 4 Learning Subscription is an annual program with a fixed term running from October 1st to September 30th of the following year.

• Regardless of the sign-up date, all subscriptions will conclude on the next occurring September 30th and automatically renew for the subsequent annual term.

• Initial Pro-Rated Period: New subscriptions purchased after October 1st will be charged a pro-rated fee from the date of purchase through the following September 30th.

• Reinstatement for Lapsed Partners: If a previous partner allows their subscription to lapse and wishes to re-join partway through the annual term, they will be required to pay the full annual fee, granting access from the date of payment through to the next September 30th. Pro-rated rates for re-joining are only available to continuous members.
